Orders & Cancellations

  • No modifications can be made after production starts.
  • Order cancellations within 24 hours qualify for a full refund.
  • Custom orders are non-cancellable after production begins.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
  • Payments are accepted through secure gateways, including cards, UPI, and net banking.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery 10–15 business days
Peak Season / Unavoidable Delays Up to 30 business days
Delivery Charges Free within Bangalore; extra charges may apply elsewhere
Damage Inspection Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable after production begins.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Warranty & Repairs

  • Warranty applies against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Post-warranty repairs are chargeable based on the service required.

Limitation of Liability

Royalseats is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by product misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Intellectual Property

All website content, images, product designs, branding, and materials belong to Royalseat. Copying or using them without permission is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
